For the first time ever, two Tahoe Crew athletes &mdash; Kennedy, Senior at North Tahoe High School and Asher, Junior at Incline High School &mdash; have qualified for the USRowing Youth National Championships in Sarasota, Florida, and our mountain team could not be more excited. This journey has included countless early mornings, freezing Tahoe practices, long travel days, sore muscles, and a LOT of time carrying boats around parking lots. Now they&rsquo;ve earned the chance to compete against the fastest youth rowers in the country &mdash; representing Tahoe on the national stage! We&rsquo;re raising funds to help cover the costs of getting our athletes (and boats!) to Nationals, including: travel, lodging, equipment transport and regatta expenses.
