We are a team of high school students that will represent USA at the iGEM (International Genetically Engineered Machine) Grand Jamboree, the world&#39;s leading synthetic biology competition. Our iGEM team is leveraging synthetic biology to address the problem of malnutrition at its root by engineering gut bacteria to enhance nutritional health and support healthy growth.&nbsp; As a student-run nonprofit team, we rely entirely on community and corporate support. There is no institutional lab budget behind us &mdash; just students, mentors, and people like you who believe in the next generation of scientists.
