Too often, families face two extremes: recreational leagues that offer fun but little structure for long-term growth, and elite clubs that demand significant time, travel, and financial resources. We saw a missing middle&mdash;a space where young athletes could develop skills, confidence, and resilience in a structured, high-quality environment, without having to sacrifice balance in their lives. That&rsquo;s why we launched Set It Off Volleyball this year. Our program focuses not only on volleyball fundamentals and competition, but also on nutrition, wellness, and community involvement. We believe sports should prepare young athletes for life&mdash;building teamwork, resilience, and self-discovery both on and off the court. To make sure no child is left on the sidelines, we created the Set It Off Volleyball Scholarship Fund. It helps families overcome financial barriers and ensures that every player who wants to &ldquo;set off&rdquo; on their journey has the chance to do so.
