SF Protests is a grassroots nonprofit created by Iranian Americans and allies who refuse to remain silent while the people of Iran continue fighting for freedom, dignity, and basic human rights.A central part of our mission is educating the American public about a vital truth: Iran is not the Islamic Republic, and the Iranian people are not the Islamic regime. Iran has a rich history, culture, and identity that existed long before this oppressive government. The regime does not represent the values, hopes, or character of millions of Iranians who desire freedom, peace, and a secular democracy.Through peaceful rallies, college-campus information tables, educational programs, community gatherings, and public-awareness campaigns, we share the truth about Iran and expose the dangers political Islam poses to freedom, democracy, and human rights. Our Corridor of Crimes Committed by the Islamic Regime project documents decades of executions, massacres, repression, and human-rights abuses so the victims are remembered and their stories are never erased.As Iranian Americans, we also care deeply about the country where we live, work, and raise our families. America is our home, and we want it to remain safe, prosperous, and free. Our work is rooted in protecting the values of freedom and democracy that unite Americans and Iranians who reject extremism and oppression.Your contribution helps fund permits, educational materials, printing, banners, memorial displays, equipment, campus outreach, and future events.
