🌟 Help give children in the South Suburban Chicago community a holiday moment they will remember🌟For many children, the holidays bring excitement and possibility. For others, receiving a new gift—or choosing one for themselves—may feel out of reach. Shopping With A Kappa helps make that experience possible. The Chicago Heights Alumni Foundation is raising funds for the 2026 'Shopping With A Kappa' program. Our goal is to provide 250 children with a $100 shopping experience at the Walmart Supercenter in Olympia Fields, Illinois, on Saturday, December 5, 2026. To make this possible, we aim to raise $30,000. This program is about more than gifts. Children shop alongside positive role models who encourage and uplift them while showing that their community believes in their future. Each child can make meaningful choices, experience the joy of the season, and feel seen and supported. What began with 28 children now serves more than 100 children each year. With your help, we can reach 250 children across South Suburban Chicago and create lasting holiday memories. A gift of $100 helps provide one child’s shopping experience. Every contribution, regardless of size, brings us closer to our goal and shows a child that their community cares. Please donate and share this fundraiser. Together, we can make the holidays brighter, more joyful, and more meaningful for the children we serve.Thank you for supporting our mission, your support is invaluable.
