Support Truth. Champion Justice. Amplify Chicago's Stories. For over 50 years, The Chicago Reporter has been Chicago's watchdog for equity and accountability. As an independent, nonprofit investigative news organization, we shine a light on the issues that matter most to our communities from racial disparities in education and housing to criminal justice reform and environmental inequities. Our Justice Photojournalism Showcase celebrates the vital work of visual storytellers who document these critical issues across Chicagoland. Through powerful imagery, these photojournalists bear witness to both struggle and resilience, holding institutions accountable while honoring community voices that deserve to be heard.
