Stay Up for the Runway of Change is more than a fashion show; it is a movement to rewrite the story of who gets seen and who gets celebrated. What Makes This Fashion Show Different There have been other inclusive fashion shows, and they have helped move the industry forward. Stay Up for the Runway of Change builds on that progress &mdash; but it goes further. This show is created and led by the disability community itself through Azalia Mallory and Jamaal Johnson. Inclusion is not added as an afterthought &mdash; it is built into every part of the event, from the runway design to the model experience to the way the audience engages. The runway will feature children and adults with disabilities, many of whom have never had the opportunity to be seen on a professional stage before. These models are not here to be inspirational props &mdash; they are here as confident participants, creators, and leaders. Designers and creatives from the disability community will also be highlighted, showing that accessibility and innovation belong at the center of fashion, not on the sidelines.
