Our MissionAt Lonestar Select Football Club, our mission is to develop young athletes into confident leaders—on and off the field. We believe sports are more than just games; they’re powerful tools for teaching discipline, teamwork, accountability, and resilience.Based in the Dallas–Fort Worth area, Lonestar Select is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to giving every child regardless of background or financial situation—a chance to compete, grow, and succeed. We proudly serve youth who often face significant challenges at home or in school. Many of our athletes come from single-parent households and lack consistent father figures or positive male role models. Our coaches step into that gap, not just to teach the game, but to mentor, guide, and inspire these young athletes to reach their full potential.<hr />Why Our Cause MattersLonestar Select is more than a team, it’s a family. We build character, encourage academic achievement, and create a safe environment where kids learn life lessons that will carry them far beyond the field. Through flag football, 7v7, and basketball, we give our athletes purpose, structure, and a sense of belonging.Your support helps us provide gear, uniforms, training equipment, and league registration fees for more than 50 young athletes who might not otherwise have the opportunity to play. Every donation makes a direct impact—helping a child stay active, stay focused, and stay on a positive path. Together, we can change lives through sports and continue building tomorrow’s leaders one game, one practice, and one young athlete at a time.
