A colorful "Student Fundraising Challenge" sign and a "Donate Here" button sit on a lit wooden stage against a backdrop of red curtains and spotlights.

At The Actors Theatre of Oxford, we believe theatre is about so much more than putting on a great show. It’s about building confidence, encouraging creativity, creating community, and giving young people a place where they can discover just how much they’re capable of. Our Season 3 Student Fundraising Challenge gives the students of Alice in Wonderland Jr. an opportunity to become ambassadors for the arts while helping us raise $10,000 to support ATO’s educational theatre programming. Every donation—big or small—helps us cover the real costs of creating these opportunities, including performance rights, rehearsal and performance spaces, costumes, scenery, props, production materials, and the resources needed to keep our programs growing. When donating, you can choose to support one of our participating students. For every $10 donated in a student’s name, they’ll receive one entry into our Curtain Speech Award drawing! One student will be randomly selected to join Artistic Director Adam onstage and help deliver the pre-show curtain speech at a performance of Alice in Wonderland Jr. The student who raises the highest total amount will also receive FREE registration for our Spring 2027 production of How to Train Your Dragon! Most importantly, this fundraiser is about showing our students what can happen when a community comes together to believe in them. Same students. Brighter tomorrows. A stronger community.Thank you for investing in our students, investing in the arts, and helping The Actors Theatre of Oxford continue creating life-changing theatre experiences right here in our community. Small actions create big opportunities. Let’s build the next stage together!
