AST2 Robert Andrew Womble II of USCG Air Station Elizabeth City and his family have suffered the sudden and tragic loss of their infant son, Robert Andrew Womble III, during surgery.The CGHRSA&mdash;made up of retired helicopter rescue swimmers, and companies and corporations that support our mission&mdash;has always answered the call for families facing unexpected loss. Robert is the kind of swimmer who would never ask for help, yet he continues to put his life on the line to rescue others.
