Your contribution helps keep the momentum of successful advocacy, like opening Medicaid to more of our immigrant community, moving forward! HUSKY for Immigrants is a statewide, immigrant-led coalition of over 40 organizations advocating for equitable access to HUSKY Health (Medicaid) for all income-eligible Connecticut residents, regardless of their immigration status. We are guided by a fundamental belief that healthcare is a human right.&nbsp; In recent years, we have successfully expanded HUSKY Medicaid coverage to undocumented children (ages 0-15) and pregnant people, covering prenatal and 12-months postpartum care. These victories have ensured that nearly 20,000 Connecticut residents who were previously excluded from getting coverage, now have access to the care they need!
