Behind the Scenes: Training That Captures the Story Every production has a story behind the story &mdash; and someone has to be there to capture it. At S.M.P. Rise, our apprentices learn the full behind-the-scenes pipeline from the ground up: how to organize and produce a shoot, run camera, record clean sound, coordinate talent and logistics on set, and then edit and package the finished material into a deliverable BTS kit.That kit is real, working content. It&#39;s the sizzle reel that plays before a Q&amp;A. It&#39;s the festival press package. It&#39;s the recap video a corporation needs after a summit, the documentation a public park or community organization needs from a gathering, the footage a company needs for its website. Our apprentices don&#39;t practice on hypotheticals &mdash; they build portfolios on the kind of work clients actually hire crews to do.
