The Annika Caroline Lundgren Foundation was created in loving memory of Annika, whose life was defined by her warmth, humor, strength, and unwavering spirit. Annika brought light to those around her and faced her battle with cancer with extraordinary courage. Our MissionTo honor Annika&rsquo;s life by carrying forward her passions&mdash;music, the arts, athletics, and compassion for animals&mdash;supporting young people in pursuing what they love, uplifting women in sport, and fostering kindness, strength, and joy in the world around us. The Annika Caroline Lundgren Foundation will support causes that were closest to Annika&rsquo;s heart. Our focus includes: &bull; Supporting music and arts opportunities for students &bull; Supporting the Plainfield South High School music, theater, and wrestling programs &bull; Establishing a future scholarship in her honor &bull; Supporting the care and wellbeing of cats and animal welfare organizations Through this work, we aim to carry forward Annika&rsquo;s creativity, kindness, and unbreakable spirit. You may choose to direct your donation to our general fund, to be used for whichever cause is the most in need at the time; to the Toby Fund, to be used to support music and the arts (Toby is the name Annika preferred to use with her choir and theater friends); to the Giggles Fund, to be used to support girls&#39; sports, particularly girls&#39; wrestling (Giggles is the nickname given to her by her wrestling coach); or the Bjork and Siouxsie Fund, to be used to support animal welfare, especially cats (Bjork and Siouxsie are her beloved cats).&nbsp;
