SVLL Community/Fellow Washingtonians, First and foremost, congratulations to our SoundView Little League Majors Division (12U) Baseball team on winning the Washington State Tournament on July 26! This means that the team moves on to play in the regional tournament in San Bernardino California starting on Saturday, August 8th. This is certainly a once in a lifetime experience for these players and families. Most kids never get to experience this great opportunity! That being said, this can be a very stressful time for these families as this can be very rewarding and extremely expensive at the same time! Our SVLL All-Star team is trying to raise $40,000 to help cover some of the expenses that will be incurred during their trip.
