Redbud Theatre is a nonprofit organization incorporated in the State of Oklahoma and registered with the Oklahoma Secretary of State for charitable solicitation.&nbsp; A note about tax deductibility: Our 501(c)3 status is pending. Once our application is approved, contributions made during this organizational period will be retroactively tax-deductible to our date of incorporation, and we will issue written charitable contribution acknowledgement letters.
