St. Sophia Romanian Byzantine Catholic Outreach is a young Eastern Catholic community in Bryan–College Station, established in September 2026 by the Romanian Catholic Eparchy of St. George in Canton. We are Byzantine Catholics, in full communion with Rome, worshiping in the ancient tradition of the Christian East. Our Divine Liturgy is the Byzantine form of the Mass, celebrated in English, and everyone is welcome. We gather every other Sunday at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Bryan, for the Divine Liturgy each month and the Typika service with Holy Communion in between. Your gift helps provide what our altar still lacks, supports the costs of our monthly Liturgies, and sustains a community that is quietly taking root. Every gift, of any size, makes a difference. This is how a mission is built, gift by gift.
