Teams design and present original solutions in areas such as engineering, science, fine arts, improvisation, and service learning. Success is measured not only by the final outcome, but also by innovation, teamwork, and the problem-solving process.&nbsp;Our Project &amp; Impact&nbsp;Guided by a dedicated parent team manager, we committed countless hours over several weeks to prepare for our challenge. We chose the service-learning track, focusing on an issue that deeply impacts our community&mdash;declining reading habits among young children.Our team designed and implemented a project to&nbsp;encourage reading among elementary school students, recognizing that strong literacy skills are critical for long-term success.
