A smiling man in a dark jacket and pinstripe pants sits on a stool against a plain gray background with "AUSTIN GERARD SMITH FOUNDATION" text overlayed.

Over the last decade, I've led in boardrooms, locker rooms, and faith communities — coaching athletes, pastors, and leaders to rise above challenges and step into their full potential. I've seen firsthand how the right presence at the right moment can shift a life, a team, and even an organization, because impact happens one conversation at a time. The Austin Gerard Smith Foundation exists to carry that impact further. Our mission is to support chaplaincy, spiritual care, and leadership development for those in high-pressure environments — athletes, teams, and organizations who need someone in their corner as they grow from the inside out, aligning identity, values, and vision to create lasting results. The Foundation is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt nonprofit organization, officially recognized by the IRS. Gifts are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. Your partnership helps fund chaplaincy work, mentorship, and resources that strengthen people's foundation in mind, body, and spirit — across sports, faith, and leadership — so they can lead themselves and others with clarity, confidence, and purpose. Whether it's walking alongside a team through a season, developing the next generation of leaders, or providing spiritual care where it's needed most, your support positions others to thrive in every arena of life — one conversation at a time. What Your Support Makes Possible:

Chaplaincy & Spiritual Care: Support for athletes, teams, and organizations navigating high-pressure environments.

Leadership Development & Mentorship: Resources that help emerging leaders align identity, values, and vision.

Programs for Resilience & Purpose: Strengthening identity and purpose in the people we serve.

Scholarships & Community Impact: Investing in the next generation of leaders and the communities that shape them.

Sustained, Long-Term Presence: Real growth, not just a moment.

Thank you for partnering with us — your generosity helps us impact lives, one conversation at a time.
