We are surrounded by passionate educators running private groups in dance, theater, science, sports, humanitarian work, and more. Every one of those groups faces the same challenge: finding a place to meet. Homeschool co-ops need classrooms. Performing arts groups need rehearsal rooms and stages. Scientists need labs. And because these educators teach for the love of it &mdash; keeping fees low so everyone can participate &mdash; renting a venue is often out of reach, let alone buying one.
