I&rsquo;m launching the first cohort of The Standard Fellowship this summer and raising funds to sponsor young men to be part of it. The Standard Fellowship is a leadership development program focused on discipline, decision-making, and real-world readiness. This summer, I am selecting 8 young men to go through a structured experience designed to challenge how they think, operate, and follow through. I&rsquo;m working to secure sponsorships by June 30th to make this possible. Why This MattersAs an adoptive parent of two teenagers, I&rsquo;ve seen what happens when structure is missing&mdash;and how much it matters when it&rsquo;s present. Most young men don&rsquo;t lack potential. They lack structure, accountability, and consistent expectations. Before this, I also served as a Big Brother, working directly with a young man who needed direction, consistency, and someone willing to hold a higher standard.
