A white and gold "Unlimited Life Foundation" logo is centered against a solid purple background.

The first step for the people who carry the most. Some people carry more stress than most of us will ever see: firefighters, police officers, nurses, veterans, people in recovery, corrections officers, and people coming home from prison. That stress lives in the body. Counseling, recovery programs, treatment, and training all assume a body calm enough to use them, and that first step is the one we skip. The Unlimited Life Foundation adds that first step, alongside the programs already in place, never instead of them. Our program in development, Calm Under Fire, teaches nervous system regulation: breathwork, meditation, somatic practice, and brain-training technology. It is education and training, not treatment. Every pilot is independently measured, and we publish what we find, whatever it shows. We want to bring it into fire stations, police departments, hospitals, veterans' programs, recovery programs, and prisons and jails. Our first raise: Site One. The goal is $175,000 for the first phase: building the course every future site will use, equipping our first partner facility, and delivering twelve measured weeks. Your gift supports the foundation's programs, with Site One as the current priority. Join the Founding Circle: the first 100 gifts of $100 or more. Members hear from Elisabeth first, every quarter, on what the first pilot is doing. A monthly gift at any size is the steadiest way to help. The Unlimited Life Foundation provides education and training, not medical care or mental health treatment. The Unlimited Life Foundation, Inc. is a tax-exempt organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Contributions are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. We provide a written acknowledgment for every gift. A COPY OF THE OFFICIAL REGISTRATION AND FINANCIAL INFORMATION MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE DIVISION OF CONSUMER SERVICES BY CALLING TOLL-FREE (800-435-7352) WITHIN THE STATE OR AT WWW.FDACS.GOV. REGISTRATION DOES NOT IMPLY ENDORSEMENT, APPROVAL, OR RECOMMENDATION BY THE STATE. REGISTRATION #CH84990.
