Five smiling women pose behind large, illuminated letters spelling "MOW" in a room with a wooden staircase in the background.

Every mom deserves a village. Help us build one. There was a time when a village gathered around every new family. Somewhere along the way, we lost that. Today, many new moms face one of life’s hardest seasons on their own, often while also dealing with unstable housing, no reliable ride, no childcare, and work that won’t bend. A doctor’s visit can’t fix those things. That’s why Korédé Foundation is rebuilding the village. Under one roof, a mom can find the care and support she needs to prepare for birth, care for her mental health, and feel less alone. She can rest in a quiet room while someone watches her baby, find community in a peer group, and lean on one trusted person, her Family Transition Specialist, from pregnancy through her baby's first year.  For many moms, it doesn’t end there. We train the moms we serve to support other families, with flexible hours, babies welcome, and a real paycheck. Many of our staff started out as clients. And it works. Families in our care have seen a 59% drop in social isolation, a 39% drop in postpartum depression scores, and a 4-to-1 return on every dollar invested. Medicaid now covers some of our care, but it can't pay for the village. Donors make possible the peer groups, childcare, food, transportation, space to rest, diapers, and the training that turns clients into colleagues.  This is our first community giving campaign. Rebuilding the village takes all of us. Will you be part of it?
