3E Africa is a Kenyan NGO based in Nakuru. Our team brings more than two decades of experience with farming families in Kenya&#39;s Rift Valley. We help them earn more from their land while taking care of it, looking at the whole farm and the family behind it. Not just aid: economic empowerment. What your gift makes possible Stronger farming businesses.&nbsp;Coffee cooperatives in Nakuru and Baringo counties, Kiremba, Ndemu and Endao among them, get drying beds, seedlings and training to produce better coffee and sell it at a better price. Dairy farmers in Nakuru and Molo learn better feeding and soil care and organise through cooperatives: farmers in our feeding programme increased milk production by 39.9%, and milk deliveries to the Mau Juhudi cooperative grew by 74%. Clean energy on the farm.&nbsp;Household biogas digesters turn cow dung into cooking gas and organic fertiliser, replacing firewood and charcoal. Cleaner kitchens, less time collecting wood for women and girls, healthier soil. Training and follow-up help families use and maintain their systems. Opportunity for young people.&nbsp;Young farmers receive training and start-up kits to launch small businesses linked to coffee, from roasting to turning coffee husks into biochar and briquettes.
