🌟 Join us in continuing unlimited, $ for $ food access programs at PAFM! 🌟 At Port Angeles Farmers Market, we know Clallam County believes in supporting our neighbors. That's why PAFM has a generous dollar-for-dollar food access program, through which customers can double the amount of fresh, healthy produce they can buy with their EBT cards. In 2025, our neighbors accessed more than $60,000 worth of local food using our unlimited Snap Market Match dollars.  Our year round market, the only one on the Olympic Peninsula, is just one vital spoke in the wheel of hunger relief in our region, and we need your help. In 2026, federal cuts mean our Department of Health Funding for this program went from $17,000 to $13,000, while food costs continue to rise for local families. PAFM must cover the difference. And we need your help!  We used all of this year's Department of Health funding for SNAP Market Match by July so the need is urgent. Helping your neighbors also helps your community. Last year, sales at PAFM put $650,000 straight back into our community, supporting farmers, artisans, and their families, while insuring SNAP customers can purchase local produce.   We are a new 501(c)(3) and your tax-deductible donation will help us continue to fund the dollar-for<s>-</s>dollar market match through the end of 2026. Of our program, one customer writes:"Farmer's Market produce and proteins are a substantial part of my diet. I only get $24 a month in food stamps and I use all of that at farmers  market. I spend $10 and get back $10 in produce coupons and $5 in protein coupons. That way I turn my $24 a month into $54 a month and get the freshest,  local, healthy foods. I am a single woman living in subsidized housing. I also go to the food bank weekly. I don't have a vehicle but only live 3 blocks from Port Angeles Farmers Market. Between the exercise walking to and from each week and the healthy food I'm getting, I am certain it is having a positive impact on my health. Please continue this program."How you can help power our mission:<ol><li>Donate: Every dollar counts.
