Pippa has a long road ahead. She was found as a stray in this condition, nothing but bones and unable to keep food down while she&#39;s very hungry and wanting to have some. She has been diagnosed with a diaphragmatic hernia where her internal abdominal organs are up in her chest. She cannot survive without surgery and will be taking to surgery tomorrow morning after they work this evening to make sure she is as stable as possible. This is a very difficult surgery and they are calling in a surgeon to take care of her.&nbsp; She is just a baby and has had a very rough start, who knows how she ended up tossed out on the street as a stray but we all can envision some monster doing that to her.&nbsp; We are quoted anywhere from 5 to 8,000 for her surgery and after care in the hospital.
