The Susan Patricia Pitts Memorial Scholarship was started by the John H. Reagan Chapter 325 in February 2013 as a way to give back to the community. Mrs. Pitts is the mother of one of the re-charter members, Jane (Pitts) Vaughn. Mrs. Pitts was released from her cancerous body on February 19, 2013. Though she never joined due to obvious health reasons, she was a cheerleader for not only her daughter, but the chapter as well, and did what she could, when she could.  PSA & ADVOCACY - There are genetic tests that can help detect any potential cancer chances.
