The Mu Lambda Sigma Chapter of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc. is proud to partner with the Capital Area YMCA&nbsp;to present the Swim 1922 Initiative, a community program dedicated to increasing access to swim instruction and water safety education for youth in our community. Far too many children, particularly in underserved communities, lack access to affordable swim lessons. Through this partnership, we are working to change that by providing scholarships that will allow up to 50&nbsp;youth to participate in the Capital Area YMCA&#39;s Saturday Swim Safety and Instruction Program from July 11 through August 1, 2026.
