Squantum Yacht Club Members, We&rsquo;re reaching out with an important request to help keep our waterfront operations running smoothly. As many of you know, our Carolina skiff was recently damaged beyond reliable use from the May 30th storm. While we&rsquo;ve been operating with the Bonnie, this boat too has become increasingly unreliable, and we cannot continue to depend on equipment that jeopardizes member access and safety. The Board has identified a reliable, long‑term replacement vessel that meets our operational needs and will serve the club for years to come. A current member loaned the club the funds to purchase the boat &nbsp;($13,500) We set a fundraising goal of up to $20,000, as we need to cover the costs of onboarding the boat to the club, repair the Bonnie&nbsp;, and remove the Carolina Skiff.&nbsp;We are seeking member contributions to cover the cost without issuing any assessments. Any amount&mdash;large or small&mdash;directly supports the continuity of our launch service and strengthens the club&rsquo;s financial stability. Your generosity keeps SYC running. Your support keeps our community connected to the water. And your contribution today ensures we have a dependable launch tomorrow.
