At Uplifting Heroes, we believe fitness is more than physical - it’s a pathway to confidence, connection, and joy. Our nonprofit empowers teens and young adults with physical, intellectual and/or developmental disabilities by offering inclusive fitness coaching designed specifically for their abilities.  Uplifting Heroes is raising money to benefit their athletes. Our current goal is to secure enough funding to provide a team of 20 athletes: 2 specialized coaching sessions per week (for 1 year), specialized equipment, transportation, mental health and nutrition seminars, team uniforms, team community outings and team dinners. The estimated annual cost for this is $15,000/athlete. With your support, we can continue to provide a safe and encouraging environment where our athletes build strength, self-esteem, and friendships that last a lifetime. Every dollar you give has a long-lasting and direct impact on our heroes’ lives. Each team is asked to raise a minimum of $750 for this event, but an award will be provided for the top fundraising team! Uplifting Heroes is a registered non-profit organization. All donations received for this event will go directly to the athletes served by our team and are tax deductible!
