All donations, bake sale proceeds, musician tips, concert proceeds are used to support the music programs at Alder Creek Middle School and Truckee High School via the Bands' nonprofit organization, TEMPO. TEMPO's goal is to allow all students to participate in honor bands, festivals, workshops, band tours and musical experiences without the financial burden often placed on families, to ensure that music education is accessible to all. <img src="https://res.cloudinary.com/hxn9dbuhd/image/upload/v1743020700/wysiwyg/ob1uiqn0gmz3ykmh4yq2.jpg" style="padding:0px 1px;font-style:normal;font-weight:400;text-align:left;width:600px;display:block;vertical-align:top;margin:5px auto 5px 0px;max-width:100%" />
