Its 17,000 members are extraordinary women who are committed to enriching, sustaining, and improving the lives of others. The Magnolia (GA) Chapter of The Links, Incorporated, has served and strengthened under-resourced communities in Metropolitan Atlanta for approaching thirty-four years. A few of the transformational programs that the Magnolia (GA) Chapter has sponsored or supported are as follows:ScholarshipsThe Magnolia Scholars is a merit-based scholarship program where the chapter contributes $20,000 to $30,000 annually to support students attending a (HBCU).Crime PreventionThe Magnolia (GA) Chapter has helped organize and educate over 2,000 students through the initiative, “Know Your Rights.”Human TraffickingWe have provided more than $60,000 to assist in the eradication of human trafficking in Georgia by partnering with other community organizations to provide shelter and counseling. Health CareThe Magnolia (GA) Chapter has proudly partnered with health care organizations and schools to provide free transportation to women to receive free mammograms and support and advocate for improving physical and mental health disparities.International OutreachOur “Books for Africa” program over the last 10 years has resulted in the donation, packing, and shipping of over 22,000 books to provide educational resources for underprivileged children in Africa.Mentoring YouthThrough the CSKYWLA, the Chapter has mentored girls from their 9th to 12th grade years. Our current cohort includes more than 50 high school juniors. We sponsor targeted programs and curated experiences, assist students in acquiring school uniforms, offer tutoring services, and monthly seminars for the girls.Unfortunately, the needs in our community continue to grow each year and our efforts rely on generous supporters such as you to extend outreach to marginalized families.  Will you partner with The Magnolia (GA) Chapter of the Links Incorporated and donate to a worthy cause.
