It lives on the refrigerator, on a paper chain in a kid&#39;s bedroom, in a spouse&#39;s head at 2 a.m. The Countdown Fund supports a military family from the day the orders come to the day the bus pulls in: a care box to the home every month of the deployment, fast help when something breaks while the service member is gone, connection kits so kids can see and hear the deployed parent, and a homecoming the spouse does not have to plan or pay for alone.
