Let&#39;s be honest. The modern dad is out here doing his best. He&#39;s up at 6am. He&#39;s at the game. He&#39;s fixing things he has no business fixing. He&#39;s Googling &quot;how to French braid&quot; at midnight. He is, by any reasonable measure, trying really hard. But nobody&#39;s throwing him a parade. Nobody&#39;s checking on him. And nobody told him that having zero friends and zero outlet was going to slowly turn him into a guy who just watches other people live their lives on his phone. That&#39;s where we come in. Dads of Tampa Skool is a brotherhood for fathers who are done being invisible. We do men&#39;s health workshops, we do family events, and yes - we also do dodgeball. Because grown men throwing rubber balls at each other is, scientifically, one of the fastest known cures for stress. Right now we are brand new. Like, ink-is-still-wet-on-our-Articles-of-Incorporation new. We have a nonprofit, we have an EIN, and we have a group of Dads in Tampa Bay who are already showing up for each other. What we need is $1,000 to cover our legal and compliance costs so we can stay official, get our 501(c)(3) status, and keep the Pack running. Oh, and to buy some t-shirts for our dodgeball team competing on May 1st. And a first aid kit. Because some of our dads have not thrown a ball since 2008 and we are not optimistic.
