🌟 Join Us in Creating Change! 🌟 At The Empowerment Project, we know that change starts with people like you. Teens today are navigating a world saturated with AI-generated ideals, filtered perfection, and relentless performance pressure — and too many of them are doing it without the tools they need to be healthy (mentally and physically). We step into schools and athletic programs across New Mexico, Colorado, and Texas with a different message: one rooted in nourishment, resilience, and self-respect. Our goal? To reach 1,000 student athletes in 2025 with free nutrition, body image, and mental wellness education from medical experts— and we're already 200 students in! Every act of support brings us closer to a generation who fuels well, thinks critically, and leads with confidence. What grows here gets passed on.
