The Last Mile covers everything a student needs to physically get from Kakuma to campus: passport and visa fees, SEVIS fees, international flights, pre-departure essentials like clothing, luggage, and supplies, and travel and accommodation in Nairobi for required appointments. These are not small costs for a family in a refugee camp. For some students, they are impossible costs without your help.You have followed this journey.
