Warrior Trail Foundation helps veterans and their families build resilience, rediscover purpose, and find community through trail running, professional coaching, and outdoor experiences. Their work also encourages environmental stewardship and care for the trails that bring people together. As a small way of giving back, I’ll be running their Wooly 50K on a self-supported trail route here in Germany, with roughly 6,000 feet of climbing and whatever weather the day brings. Military service and the transition afterward can bring lasting challenges to a person’s sense of purpose, identity, and belonging. The foundation helps veterans and their families navigate those challenges through meaningful experiences and a supportive community. Donations through this page go directly to Warrior Trail Foundation, and help make these opportunities available to more veterans. Whether you donate or simply share the cause, I’m grateful for the support.
