Safe Space Through Fitness (SSTF) is committed to empowering individuals who have experienced trauma by providing a safe, trauma-informed platform for healing through fitness, nutrition, and holistic wellness. We believe that emotional wellness is directly and positively impacted by physical and nutritional wellness. Fitness is more than just exercise. It’s a pathway to healing, growth, and resilience. Our mission is to empower individuals overcoming obstacles by offering trauma-informed fitness, mental health support, and holistic wellness services. We are currently expanding our footprint to service the underserved of Indianapolis, but we can’t do it without your help! We provide on-site physical wellness to those impacted by domestic violence, displacement, addiction, and other life challenges, helping them regain their strength, confidence, and emotional resilience. Through our partnerships with organizations like Coburn Place and Wheeler Mission, we’ve seen remarkable transformations in the lives of our participants, improving their mental health, coping skills, decision-making, and overall well-being. <h4>Our Work</h4><h4>Proven Trauma-Informed Impact</h4><ul><li style="box-sizing:inherit">Coburn Place Partnership: SSTF’s "training through trauma" model has demonstrated tangible improvements in client well-being, including enhanced coping skills, decision-making, and physical health.
