Since the founding of the United Ilocano Association of Tidewater in 1975, there has been a focus on investing in our youth. The UIAT Outstanding Student Scholarship program, specifically, has steadfastly existed for several decades now, honoring the great accomplishments of our students at a special ceremony and banquet, where they receive a certificate and financial reward.  While UIAT takes great pride and delight in this event, we have a passion to expand the generosity of UIAT towards today's students. Our wish is to see our students continue the legacy of standing out among their peers with praiseworthy character and achievements and overall excellence.
