Libertarian and Green Party voters can change their party affiliation at the &quot;Same Day Voter Registration&quot; table.&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;3. Registered Democratic or Republican voters must change their party affiliation by May 5th if they want to vote in the Primaries of the other party. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Printing twice the number of Voter Guides, however, also means twice the expense. If the candidates have not responded by a certain date, volunteers call to remind them of the deadline.
