A group of people with focused expressions watch something in a dimly lit, blue-toned room.

The Threadbare Film Festival is returning to Lansing in 2027 after a long hiatus! This time around, we're properly organized as a non-profit organization. There are inevitable start-up expenses in getting the festival back on its feet, including federal filing fees, website hosting, etc. We have to cover the basics before we can open the festival to film submissions. There is a delay before submission fees, ticket sales, merchandise, and grants will be available to fund the organization. Your gift will help us bridge this funding gap and bring back our eclectic and eccentric independent festival for everyone. By supporting Threadbare Film Festival, you help support independent and local filmmakers, audiences, and the community that arises between them. Every contribution brings us closer to covering these necessary costs, allowing us to once again bring the best of genre and underground film to Lansing. Give today to help us return in 2027 with style and unexpected films. Thank you for anything you can contribute,DT KofoedFestival Director
