Shine Into 2027: Give a Child the Stage Help us raise $15,000 by December 31, 2026 for scholarships, costumes, and performance opportunities that help young artists start a great new year in the arts. Does your employer match charitable gifts? Check whether your donation can go twice as far. Silver Star Performing Arts is a DBA of Bring Em Young Academy Performing Arts (BYAPA), a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization which operates with its own mission, programming, budgeting, fundraising activities, financial management, and record-keeping systems. We grew from years of serving children and families through Bring’em Young Academy, the childcare for ages 0 - 5 years old. What began as a passion for nurturing young learners evolved into a broader vision: creating opportunities for all youth to explore, grow, and express themselves through music, dance, and theater. All funds awarded to Bring Em Young Academy Performing Arts (BYAPA) are used exclusively for nonprofit arts programming and are not used for childcare operations. We are committed to creating welcoming programs for children of different backgrounds, abilities, learning styles, and experience levels.Scholarships and sliding-scale options help reduce financial barriers so more children can participate. Our mission is simple but powerful:To nurture creativity, confidence, and self-expression in every child, especially those who may not otherwise have access to arts, enrichment, or consistent support in their early years. But this mission isn’t something we can fulfill alone. We Need Your Help!We ask for support because children deserve the very best—high-quality teaching artists, instruments, costumes, safe spaces to dance and create, and opportunities to shine on stage and in life. Many of the families we serve are doing their best with limited resources. We never want a child to miss out simply because their family cannot afford the extras. Your participation—whether through donations, attendance, sponsorship, or involvement—helps us to: Create magical learning experiences through music, dance, and theater. Provide free or low-cost programs to families who would otherwise be left out. Build confidence and emotional resilience in young children. Offer after-school and weekend arts programs that keep kids safe, engaged, and supported. Bring qualified teaching artists into a community that rarely has access to them. Ensure children grow up feeling powerful, creative, and seen. You’re not just supporting a program—you’re shaping childhood memories, building future leaders, and investing in a community that needs it. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts...Silver Star Performing Arts, a DBA of Bring Em Young Academy Performing Arts. "Donations can be tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. Please consult your tax advisor or individual financial professional to determine the tax implications of your gift."..
