Your donations and sign-up contributions are greatly appreciated. The funds raised will go towards the improvement of our ball field and will also provide an opportunity for a child who cannot afford to play to be a part of the team. Just a reminder, the event will take place at 1951 Phinizy Rd, Augusta, GA 30906, USA on [Date]. If you are a vendor, please send your logo to masterscitylittleleague@gmail.com. Food vendors can start setting up at 5:30 pm (please print out your ticket and have it available), while non-food vendors can start setting up at 6:00 pm (please print out your ticket and have it available). Trunks will start lining up at 6:30 pm (remember to bring your own candy). Parking numbers will be assigned. All setups must be completed no later than 7:00 pm. Gates will open at 7:30 pm for kids to enjoy the event. We are still in need of the following:- Food Trucks ($50 before 10/01/2023, $75 after 10/01/2023, donation to MCLL)- Candy Donations- Trunk setups (Free)- Prize Donations for those who are Allergic (Teal Buckets) (toddlers/babies) Prizes include:- $25 Visa Gift Card for the best Trunk (MCLL Staff Excluded from winning Gift Card)- $25 Visa Gift Card for the Best Costume Matching the Trunk (Chosen by MCLL Board) (MCLL Staff Excluded from winning Gift Card)- $25 Visa Gift Card for the Best Decoration Vendor/Food Truck Please note that there will only be one winner per trunk, and MCLL staff and immediate family members are excluded from winning the gift cards.
