Zen-Tangles for Everyone Workshop. This workshop is an introduction to Meditation Art guided by Maura McKeown. Mediation Art Tangling is an easy to learn, relaxing, and fun way to create beautiful images by drawing structured patterns. This will help you create beautiful images and enjoy increased focus, creativity, and an increased sense of well-being. This workshop has been rescheduled to Sunday, January 28th from 1-4pm due to inclement weather on January 7th. Through the Zen -Doodles method of drawing you can relax, focus, expand your imagination, increase your awareness, and discover the fun and healing in creative expression. This 3 hour workshop is an introduction to mediation through art. No skills required. Participants will leave the workshop with a new skill set and a starter kit of supplies to continue the journey. Appropriate for all ages 12 and older. Pre-registration required. Limited seating. Please feel free to bring a snack. Beverages available on site.
