The Phelps Memorial Library will house a treasure trove of classical literary works, curriculums, and Bible study resources designed to equip and encourage our classical school students, local homeschool students, and students of the Word of God. It will also feature a multimedia center/ conference room as well as two additional resource rooms. The library is named in honor of our beloved pastor, C. Richard Phelps, who passed away last year. Pastor Phelps came to Emmanuel in 1975 and spent thirteen years ministering and serving the people of God here. He was a voracious reader, a lover of books, and an author. It is our great joy to honor him with this library.
