WHS is finally going on a music trip!!!   In April 2023, the students will be attending the <a href="https://www.smmfestival.com/" target="_blank">Smoky Mountain Music Festival</a>!! The students will have the opportunity to perform in a festival that attracts musical groups from over 29 states and Canada. The festival, operating since 1983, has become a staple of the Gatlinburg community.  This is an excellent opportunity for students to increase their exposure to the world of music!! 100% of the donations we receive will be used to support the music trip!! Our goal is to cover as much of the costs of the trip as we can to keep the financial burden as low as possible for the students and their families. As an organization, the WHS Music Boosters is committed to the ideal that money should not and will not be the reason a student is unable to attend.  In the event we exceed our goal, the monies collected will go towards the general music booster fund to cover the operational costs of the marching band.
