A child in northern Gaza shows us his gratitude through his art for the water they received for the first time in 2 months. This is the life of a Palestinian child -- water is a luxury due to Israel's refusal to allow the passage of aid to meet the basic survival needs that all humans are entitled to. Gaza has to rely on what's available within Gaza, but with all assets & property seized by Israel, they can't even afford those basic needs on their own, so we've made it our priority to meet those needs for as many people as we can.

EMERGENCY APPEAL  

 FOR GAZA

Of all the things that Palestinians have endured since 1948, the start of Israel's aggression in response towards Gaza to the October 7th attack in has been outrageous. One aspect of this tragedy is a world that doesn't understand why the attack happened — we feel that resistance is justified when people are oppressed by an apartheid regime who occupies their land while subjecting them to unimaginable daily brutality, violence, and decades of human rights violations and at the same time prohibiting all avenues for advocacy & relief, in addition to profiting from resources they unethically stole from Palestinians while prohibiting them from the same — water, being one of them.

But the REAL tragedy is happening RIGHT NOW. So many have managed to survive unfathomable conditions, like forced displacement, multiple bombings, no access to water, electricity and now, unfortunately, Israel is weaponizing hunger. Hundreds have already starved to death, and right now more than a million people have gone weeks without eating a single thing. With water, they can survive up to 3 weeks, but without water, they are lucky to survive ONE week. 

They have managed to stay alive by eating things like animal feed, grass & other non-food items that no human should ever have to eat, and now we have reached a point of desperation.This emergency appeal is one of several efforts to combat this crisis. We hope to be able to provide more certainty and a constant flow of aid to reduce their desperation & strengthen their resolve by ensuring that needs are met at a sufficient pace and rate. 

More than 2.3 million Palestinians have been forced into these conditions, while more than 600,000 people find themselves at a cyclical point where their bodies have begun to shut down and just in the knick of time, efforts like ours are able to suffice them to survive, though not for long as it is always uncertain whether the aid that is distributed can meet the demand of hunger in all areas of the Gaza Strip. Our people find themselves in uncertainty each time they are able to manage to survive. 

Please consider helping us save the lives & preserving that Palestinian indigenous spirit of love, resistance and fortitude -- our people do not deserve such cruelty from anyone, let alone colonizers who simply have no right to exist on our land. Palestinians deserve to have their faith in humanity restored, and we need your help doing that. Fed Up for Palestine has fundraised for a series of initiatives on the ground, such as food, water & cash distribution with the help of our partners from the North to the South of the strip; in addition to offering people in Gaza a platform to fundraise for their own unique needs without any fees on withdrawal -- like evacuations, medical treatment or funds to cover basic living expenses for families who need support outside of Gaza (post evacuation). 100% of our proceeds will go directly to our partners on the ground who are able to source and distribute the necessary aid to the masses; and since this fundraiser is established through a non-profit organization, the crowdfunding source we use does not impose any fees for us — so ALL the funds we raise can go to Gaza where your contributions can maximize our aid efforts.

Our ultimate goal at Fed Up for Palestine is to improve conditions for the people IN Gaza to preserve the steadfastness and incredible heart of Palestine that permeates our screens when we see what is happening and how they are managing to tolerate it after so many months. We aim to keep hope for a free Palestine alive and to cater to the needs of those who DO NOT wish to leave their homeland by force. We feel that reducing their desperation, providing support, and prioritizing a sense of normality (as much as is even possible) by organizing children's events so kids can be kids while meeting their basic survival needs will send a message that lets our people know they are not alone, and they never will be as long as we can continue our mission - your donations & support are crucial to Palestinian steadfastness & eventual liberation; we are grateful for your contributions.
