In planning for Macy's, we need to get uniforms, large instruments, and our historical parade sign out to NYC this Thanksgiving!  The BPA has been needing to absorb more and more costs to keep student costs down. We had to take food, chaperones, and staff costs out of the travel package for the students to get it to the limit the school district allows.  You may have seen or heard of our campaign "Feed the Band," which is the cost of food for the band next year. We have another form like this as we're looking to "Legacy Chaperones" as well to help defray the costs to the chaperones going with the band.  This request is for our wonderful Roadies, Legacy Roadies, and any past Roadies, as you have been a part of past trips. You know how the schedule goes, and changes, and changes again, and is expensive...!  Would you kindly and generously give to get two of our current Roadies, who need to take extra time off of work, to go ahead of the band and get those needed things for the band to go without a hitch for Macy's 2024?  We'd love to have them taken care of and have this portion of our next budget be taken care of as well.  Thank you so much for all your work in the past and present, and with everyone's help, this legacy will continue for years to come!  Elli NybergBPA President605-359-1065
