A single green olive rests in a field of crops in the foreground, with rolling hills and a setting sun in the background, all under bold text promoting a "Hospitality for Humanity Delegation" and an "Olive Harvest in Palestine."

Hospitality 4 Humanity invites you to open your home, table, or community space to support Eyewitness Palestine’s educational delegations ✨ Your peer‑to‑peer page helps raise funds so more people can travel, listen directly to Palestinian human rights defenders, and return ready to act for justice. Together, we nurture real connections, sustain Palestinian economies, and strengthen a global movement grounded in solidarity and accountability.

Hospitality 4 Humanity Delegate Campaigns

🌟 Join us in Creating Change! 🌟 For generations, Palestinian families have harvested olives in ancient groves, sustaining their communities and honoring a deep relationship to the land. The same olive groves that Noushi Pastry is honored to bring to you in our treats. Under Israeli occupation, this essential harvest season is repeatedly disrupted by violence, destruction and dispossession. This fall, Noushi Pastry is joining a delegation of chefs, farmers, and hospitality workers to travel back to Palestine for the olive harvest. We’ll be working with Palestinian farmers, community leaders, and culture-bearers to sustain ancestral foodways, practice collective care and build sovereignty. We’re continuing this connection of our people and lands through this collective action while standing with communities to protect their livelihoods and ancestral lands. We are asking for your support to make this possible. Your contribution will fund on-the-ground support to the Palestinian farms and community organizations we are working with and travel/training for this delegation of dedicated food workers. We thank you all for your love throughout our beginnings and will continue to share this journey as an integral part of Noushi Pastry’s founding. Thank you for supporting our mission, your support is invaluable.
