Legacy Reign Athletics is hosting a two-day tumbling camp in partnership with Grand Prairie Elite Tumbling designed to help our athletes strengthen their tumbling foundation, improve technique, build confidence, and safely progress toward more advanced skills. This camp is exclusively for Legacy Reign athletes and will provide focused, hands-on tumbling instruction based on each athlete’s current skill level. Since many of our athletes are still developing their tumbling foundation, instruction will focus heavily on proper body positioning, technique, control, strength, and the fundamentals needed to safely advance.🤸🏾‍♀️ Camp FocusAthletes will work on skills and drills including:

Proper tumbling form and body positioning

Forward and backward rolls

Cartwheels and round-offs

Handstands and bridges

Back walkover and front walkover progressions

Back handspring drills and progressions for athletes who are ready

Strength, flexibility, balance, and body control

Connecting tumbling skills and improving overall technique

Individual corrections based on each athlete’s current ability

More advanced athletes will also have opportunities to work on Level 2 skill progressions when appropriate.📅 Camp DetailsDates: September 19 & September 20 Time: 9:00 AM–11:00 AM each day Hosted By: Grand Prairie Elite Cost: $25 per athlete, per day Attendance: Both days are required for all Legacy Reign athletes except ages 3-5. The goal of this camp is not simply to teach athletes new skills quickly.
