Whether you&#39;re participating as an individual, with your family, a group of friends, or a corporate team, this event is designed so everyone can challenge themselves, encourage one another, and have fun together. Teams will work through a series of exciting fitness stations that combine strength, endurance, teamwork, and determination. No prior fitness experience is required&mdash;just bring a positive attitude and be ready to move! All proceeds directly support ABL Fitness, a nonprofit organization providing evidence-based adaptive and medical fitness programs for children, teens, and adults of all abilities.
